Ask HN: What's the state of the art in AI generated music?

I had a good look a couple of years ago at AI generated music - there was quite alot going on. Presumably however things have moved quickly since then. Back then my goal was to be able to get royalty free music to use as backing tracks for videos. I couldn't find much to meet this goal back then. What AI generated music systems can you recommend?
