Which blogging platform should I use?

I am planning to start blogging but I'm still confused with choosing a blogging platform/CMS. A no code one or one which requires coding knowledge would be OK. What are you guys' suggestions. Need a hand with that. What about WordPress, Weebly, Webflow, Ghost, Medium? Is there anything other than that which you found cool?
